The most interesting challenges in AI, governance, engineering, organizations, careers, and technology rarely exist in isolation. They emerge from the interaction of people, incentives, policies, architectures, and decisions over time. Understanding those interactions is often the difference between treating symptoms and redesigning the system that created them.
